Our Classes run every weekday.

Boxercise
Monday to Friday 6:30pm - 7:30pm
The class consists of:
10 minutes of warming up and down;
15-20 minutes of basic boxing technique; and
30-35 minutes of cardio and strength & conditioning.

Tribus
Monday 11:00am - 1:00pm
The class consists of:
60 miniutes of Boxercise
60 minutes of CBT coaching and/or a reflection hour
(This class is free for anyone to join. Feel free to join only one of the hours if needed)
Boxing
Tue & Thu 6:00pm - 7:00pm
-No equipment needed (but gloves and pads recommended)
-Boxing specific training
-Cardio
-Strength and Conditioning
-Family friendly
